Welcome to Pitashi, Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Overview of Services
We provide software development, product design, and related services to entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses. Our mission is to collaborate with you to build impactful and innovative products. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and any related deliverables. As of January 2025, projects include but are not limited to:

2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. These terms apply to all users, including clients, collaborators, and visitors of our website.
3. Service Agreement
Our collaboration begins when both parties agree to a project scope, timeline, and payment terms. We will work diligently to meet the agreed-upon deliverables, but delays or changes to scope may impact deadlines or costs, which will be communicated promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created during a project remains the property of Pitashi, Inc. until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the client. We retain the right to showcase non-proprietary work in our portfolio.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including schedules and amounts, will be detailed in a separate agreement for each project. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment terms are not met.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical information, and any other proprietary data disclosed during the project.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitashi, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any unused deposits are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
